Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and respect for our VIBE instructors and members, No-Show and Late Cancellation fees will be implemented. *Late Cancel: Cancelling less than 1 hour before class. *No-Show: Not attending a booked class without cancelling. I am voluntarily participating in the aforementioned activity/class, and I am participating in the activity/class entirely at my own risk. I am aware of the risks associated with participation in the activity/class, which may include but are not limited to physical injury, pain, and illness. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any fitness class. By signing up for this activity/class I am knowingly assuming full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages which I might incur as a result of participating, and I have read and understand the VIBE Fitness Studio class participation waiver, and I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated in this waiver/policy.
