Friday July 25th: 6:30PM Sen-U-Well Heels!
A-60-minute movement class focused on confidence, choreography, and sensual expression. Open to all levels. Indoor session "No Heels" bring tennis shoes, optional to bring heels for outdoor filming following the indoor session.
Saturday July 26th: 11:00AM Afro Dance Fusion!
A-90-minute high-energy master class. A fusion of dance, cardio and strength set to the Afro and Caribe music that moves you. All levels welcome.
Sunday July 27th: 10:00AM M.R&S!
A 60-minute restorative class blending breathwork, stretch, and reflexology-inspired movement to reset and realign your body. All levels welcome.
