This is a binding agreement that outlines the terms of your talent booking. You are agreeing to an offsite booking of VIBE Fitness Studio representatives for your private or public event. During the event VIBE reserves the right to photography and video for marking purposes. The payment terms of this booking are agreed upon and fulfilled prior to the event date and time. If you wish to cancel this booking the cost is only refundable within 7 days prior to the date of the event, there is a $50 nonrefundable deposit taken from the cost of the booking fee.
