Happy December, let’s VIBE through the holidays!
Hi VIBE FAM! It's Darah from the VIBE TEAM with this months VIBE blog.
Here we are, the last month of 2022. What a year it has been with SO much to be thankful for!
Where has the time gone? On October 1st, we officially launched VIBE, Vibrantly Influenced Body Expression, and we want to say THANK YOU to all of you who have joined our community. 300+ people and counting!! This is a safe place to meet, and have open conversations about dance fitness, health and wellness, and community. VIBE gives the freedom to express ourselves through dance fitness no matter the format. VIBE as a brand provides style in the fitness industry. On November 25th, The VIBE Shop launched! (Whoo Hoo!) Go grab your merch! This is not your typical Shop. We not only offer fitness apparel, we offer a Life Style.

Giving Tuesday is a movement that unleashed the power of radical generosity around the world. Giving Tuesday reimagines a world built upon shared humanity and generosity.
Giving Tuesday is November 29th. However, we know packages are being ordered and with the inclement weather, why not continue to be kind? For the month of December, through Christmas day, be kind and set a basket of goodies out for the mail carriers in your neighborhood. You do not have to go “all out” but something to show your appreciation.
Other ways to support Giving Tuesday:
Pay for the next person's order at the coffee shop or drive-thru.
Leave a gift card or cash at the gas pump.
Tuck a grocery store gift card & a note in a shopping basket.
Leave a great online review for a business you love.
